Ordering
The program requires a UNIX type server with Perl 5 installed. Most web accounts have these but it will be verified before committing to ordering goImage. The account containing the search engine must have cgi capabilities. The actual program only takes about 32k of space. There also needs to be sufficient space to store your images and the thumbnails, however they can reside on a different server then the program itself.
Keyword File
The program uses keyword files to match the images. Each line of the file contains the file name of an image and a list of keywords for that image. Other information can also be put there like the title or location of the image. If
there is already an existing database in a
spreadsheet like Excel, it can often be easily converted into the goImage file format.
